How do I set up and configure customizable SMS & Email notifications for my events and drops?

Send customizable confirmation emails or texts when someone registers or buys a ticket for your events and drops.

 

In the Notifications section of the event creation flow you can enable a customizable SMS message notification or email notification when someone RSVPs or buys a ticket for an event or drop.

1. Select if you want to send an email or SMS confirmation when someones registers or buys a ticket for your event or drop. 

2. Customize the notification selected. Click into the text box and craft your message. Both email and SMS support variables. Note, a simple default message is set for each notification selected. Emails support rich text. SMS notifications can only contain 160 characters*. 

3. Next, select if you want to send an email or SMS notification when the event is starting or the drop goes live. Click into the text box and craft your message. Both email and SMS support variables. Note, a simple default message is set for each notification selected. Emails support rich text.  SMS notifications can only contain 160 characters*. 

*A note on SMS notifications: 

Some characters (like emoji) take more space than others, so the actual limit may be lower. If you go over the limit, your message will automatically be broken up into segments.
